Jungle Rider – Bicycles & Accessories

At Jungle Rider, we aim to provide high-quality bicycles and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

1.1 You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

1.2 The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.

1.3 The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.

1.4 Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

1.5 Jungle Rider reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 Used or assembled bicycles are not eligible for return.

2.2 Customized or special-order bicycles cannot be returned.

2.3 Clearance or final-sale items are non-refundable.

2.4 Gift cards are non-refundable.

2.5 Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly are not covered.


3. Bicycle Returns (Important)

3.1 If a bicycle has been assembled or ridden, it cannot be returned unless it has a verified manufacturing defect.

3.2 Return shipping costs for bicycles are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3.3 Jungle Rider may request inspection before approving bicycle returns.


4. Defective or Damaged Items

4.1 Customers must report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery.

4.2 Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.

4.3 If the defect is confirmed, Jungle Rider will either:
    4.3.1 Replace the item, or
    4.3.2 Issue a full refund including original shipping fees.


5. Refund Process

5.1 Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund decision will be communicated to the customer.

5.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5.3 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5.4 Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.


6. Return Shipping

6.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6.2 Jungle Rider recommends using a trackable shipping service for high-value items.


7. Order Cancellations

7.1 Orders may be canceled before shipment without penalty.

7.2 If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return under Section 1.
